The Bicocca is the flagship of Rocket Espresso's home lineup — and the first machine in the range to move away from the E61 group entirely. Designed with Valerio Cometti+V12 Design, it pairs a squared-off, panel-forward body with a dual boiler system and an electrically heated group under independent PID control, so the temperature you set is the temperature that reaches the coffee. A 3.5" touchscreen sits above the group and handles everything: recipes, pre-infusion, scheduling, cleaning cycles. It's NSF-certified and plumb-ready out of the box, which makes it equally at home on a serious kitchen counter or behind a small cart. Main Features

• Dual stainless steel boilers — a 17 oz brew boiler and a 51 oz steam boiler operate independently, so brew temperature holds steady while you're texturing milk. Both boilers are insulated for energy savings.
• Electrically heated, PID-controlled group — a dedicated heater keeps the group at a fixed temperature rather than relying on boiler circulation, eliminating the temperature drift you get from heat loss through the machine body.
• Three-zone temperature control — brew, steam, and group temperatures are each set and monitored electronically from the display.
• 3.5" touchscreen interface — a textless, icon-driven HMI mounted above the group. Program up to two volumetric recipes with adjustable dose volume, pre-infusion, and extraction time.
• Programmable pre-infusion and volumetrics — repeatable shots pull after pull, with timed pre-infusion dialed in per recipe.
• Fast heat-up — the actively heated group brings the machine to brew temperature in roughly 8–10 minutes, with full steam available shortly after.
• Rotary pump — quiet, consistent pressure, and the reason the machine handles plumbed operation as easily as tank operation.
• Dual water source — run from the 61 oz (0.5 gallon) internal reservoir with a low-water sensor, or plumb directly to a line. Plumb-in and waste hoses are included.
